3 배드룸 하우스에 가구완비돼있고 햇빛 잘드는 큰방 쓰실 20대~30대 초반 학생 여성분이나, 여성 직장인 룸메이트 구해요 :)
지금 저랑, 룸메이트 같이 살고 있고요 (여자만 사는 집입니다!)
저희가 둘다 여자 + 20대라서 같이 지내실분도 여성 + 또래에 사이 좋게 지냈으면 좋겠어요
저희 집은 노던 블러바드에서 한블럭 들어와있어서 (도보 2분) 매우 조용하고 안전하면서 교통도 굉장히 좋아요.
• 7번 전철: 도보 8분거리 (7번 전철 아침/저녁 그랜센트럴, 미드타운 출퇴근 20-25분 소요)
• Q12 버스 도보 2분거리
• LIRR 기차역: 1) 머레이역 도보 8분거리 2) 메인 스트릿역 도보 10분거리
집 근처 도보 2-5분안에 한국마켓 Hmart, 버거킹, 미용실, 빨래방, 은행, 한인식당 등 많아서 굉장히 편리해요.
저희 집에는 거실 룸메가 없고 유틸포함이며 인터넷 와이파이도 사용 가능해요. 다 포함입니다!
넓은 부엌, 다이닝룸, 그리고 거실 모두 함께 공동으로 사용하실 수 있으시고, 물론 취사도 가능해요!
방은 엄청 넓고, 햇빛 잘 들어와요!
방 안에 침대, 책상, 의자, 선풍기, 에어컨, 신발장, 서랍장 등등- 가구 완비 되어 있어요.
방 안에 옷이나 짐 많이 들어가는 큰 워크인 클라짓이 있어요. 옷이나 짐 많으신 분들은 정리 편리할거에요.
방 안에 화장실은 0.5라서 변기 + 싱크 있구요
샤워만 큰화장실에서 하시면되서 불편하신 점 거의 없으실거에요.
전 룸메들이 다 2~4년 오래 살았고,
각자의 프라이버시는 지키되 서로서로 도와주고
친구처럼 친하게 지냈어서 3개월이상 있으실분을 선호합니다.

Looking for a female roommate age of 20’s~Early 30’s who is either a student or working.
Our roommate was with us for 2 years but she needed to move out to a different zone.
Highly recommend to those people who commute to the city everyday for either school or work.
$1035 for a huge master room with lots of sunlight and 0.5 bathroom (Toilet and sink) + Huge Walk-in Closet in a 3 bedroom apartment in flushing with all utilities included. Currently, 2 of the rooms are already occupied by me and my roommate who is in their 20’s so we hope for someone in their 20’s~Early 30’s (Student / Full time worker) to move in and get along but also respect each other’s privacy.
Accessible to living room, dining room, kitchen, and more than welcome to cook as well.
No living room roommate.
Everything within a block, including H-mart, Chinese supermarkets, Variety of Restaurants, Burger King, Laundromat, Bank, Salons, Etc.
• 2 minutes walk to the Q12 bus stations.
• 8 minutes walk to the 7 train Flushing Main St station or LIRR stations.
• 20-25 minutes to Grand Central/Midtown/Ktown via 7 train or LIRR.
My previous roommates all lived here for 2-4 years. We respected each other's privacy but also helped each other out, and got along like friends. Therefore, I prefer someone who plans to stay for 3 months or longer.
