task summary
Candidates will be assigned tasks including, but not limited to, full service installation of Golfzon simulator equipment, warranty and post-warranty repair/service tasks, and hardware and software troubleshooting and repair. This technician should have working knowledge and understanding of electronics and integrations, including the required certifications for low voltage electrical work, basic computer service knowledge, and a basic background in customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
Golfzon simulator technology installation.
Golfzon simulator technical repair and service.
The ability to work in a very fast-paced, results-driven environment.
You should be able to work through technical errors, find the cause of problems, and fix all problems with quick solutions.
Working daily with our sales and sales operations teams:
Schedule to serve customers in an efficient manner.
Receive accurate and complete work orders to effectively perform our responsibilities to our customers.
View architectural drawings and advise on specifications for buildout compliance.
Go to customer site for installation and maintenance visits.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates will have basic working knowledge of construction standards for our simulator booths to support their advisory competency.
Think and consider all possible speed bumps and work creatively with the construction partner executing the build to ensure a smooth technology integration.
Qualifications and Skills:
A/V integration or similar low voltage electrical work experience is required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
Ability to multitask and balance many projects at once.
You can effectively prioritize your workloads.
