About The Position:
The Operations Specialist will manage and oversee sales, logistics, customer experience, inventories as well as finance. The candidate needs to develop an extensive understanding of the brand and have a profound interest in fashion, eCommerce, and entrepreneurship. The position requires excellent execution, impeccable attention to detail, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:Manage and execute wholesale ordersAnalyze the sales data and plan and order inventoriesManage the supply chain of materials, manufacturers, importers, and fulfillment centerManage the Customer Experience teamOversee the company accounting and financeWork in conjunction with the product, marketing, and creative teamsBrainstorm and execute ideas of new business strategiesProvide the management team with reporting on marketing, operations, and sales resultsAssist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:Energetic, kind, patient, and positive-mindedFast and sharp, fast and sharp, and fast and sharpAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding communication and writing skillsImpeccable attention to detail and extremely organizedPersistent work ethicProfessional, knowing how to act & react is importantWillingness to learn and grow personally and with the companyCreativity to solve problemsProficient in Excel & PowerPointA genuine interest in Consumer Product / Fashion IndustryA genuine interest in EntrepreneurshipAbility to communicate in Korea is a plus
