We are a hospitality company with a restaurant (Baekjeong NYC) on 32nd Street in Manhattan!

Looking for an enthusiastic hospitality / events coordinator to be responsible for the following duties.

1) Reservations for dining events
2) Marketing for large group parties (corporate events, birthday parties / dol)
3) Managing customer satisfaction

Must be focused on customer service and hospitality!!

Must be comfortable with use of technology - experience with Tripleseat / Excel a plus.

Proper work documentation and paperwork required.
