세일즈 메니저를 구하고 있습니다.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
· Managing organizational sales bydeveloping a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
· Meeting planned sales goals.
· Setting individual sales targetswith the sales team.
· Tracking sales goals and reportingresults as necessary.
· Overseeing the activities andperformance of the sales team.
· Coordinating with marketing on leadgeneration.
· The ongoing training of yoursalespeople.
· Developing your sales team throughmotivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
· Promoting the organization andproducts.
· Understand our ideal customers andhow they relate to our products.
Sales Manager Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business orrelated field.
· Experience at least 4yrs inplanning and implementing sales strategies.
· Experience in customer relationshipmanagement.
· Experience managing and directing asales team.
· Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
· Dedication to providing greatcustomer service.
· Ability to lead a sales team.
