The account manager position will assist customers for a swift and pleasure buying process. She/he will ensure a successful delivery of solutions when any problems arise.
Our ideal candidate will have a good sense of teamwork and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Applicant should also be comfortable speaking in Korean in order to communicate with our factory members.
ResponsibilitiesCreating and processing invoicesSending invoices to clientsCross-checking invoices with payments to ensure accuracyTracking overdue paymentsProvide proper communication with clients and assist them accordinglyBuild strong client relationshipsStay on top of production schedule to make sure shipments are made in a timely and orderly mannerOrder inventory from suppliersDrawing simple jewelry design
